John Stephenson LLC operates Gov Contract Radar and provides the services offered through this website.

Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and John Stephenson LLC, doing business as Gov Contract Radar. They govern access to and use of this website and the Gov Contract Radar service.

Service

Gov Contract Radar provides government-opportunity discovery, organization and screening intelligence for businesses. It is an independent commercial service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any government agency.

Subscriptions and billing

Territory Coverage is billed at $49 for the first monthly billing cycle and $99 for each following monthly billing cycle until cancelled. Multi-State Coverage is billed at $249 each month until cancelled. Custom Coverage is priced separately. By completing enrollment, you authorize the applicable recurring charge through PayPal and acknowledge the disclosed price, billing frequency and cancellation method.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription through your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the paid billing period unless service is suspended for nonpayment, misuse or a material breach. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. For assistance with an account or cancellation, contact us at the email below.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining access to the enrollment email and PayPal account, reviewing official solicitations and amendments, determining eligibility, and making all bid, pricing, staffing, compliance and submission decisions. The service does not provide legal, accounting, procurement, licensing or bid-submission advice.

Permitted use and ownership

You may use the service internally for your organization during a paid period. You may not resell, scrape, systematically redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the service or another customer’s information. John Stephenson LLC retains all rights in Gov Contract Radar, its original content, software, scoring presentation and branding. You retain rights in the information you provide.

Source coverage, timing and third-party information may change. We do not guarantee complete opportunity discovery, eligibility, award, revenue, uninterrupted access or the accuracy of third-party source material. Match scores are screening tools, not eligibility determinations or award predictions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, John Stephenson LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amounts you paid for Gov Contract Radar during the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

General

We may modify or discontinue features as the service and procurement sources evolve. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security concerns, unlawful use or material breach. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the principal place of business of John Stephenson LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
